We are back with a newly refurbished Spa with indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and three treatment rooms.

The Elevate Health and Fitness Club promotes a balanced lifestyle, blending relaxation and exercise for your mental and physical well-being. Hit your goals and supercharge your day in our state-of-the-art gym, featuring cardio and resistance machines, free weights, and functional training equipment.
Members enjoy a complimentary induction and custom gym programme, with fitness professionals assisting in equipment use and progress tracking. For rejuvenation, our indoor pool and sauna offer refreshing and soothing environments to relax muscles and calm the mind.

Indoor Pool & Fitness Centre
Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday : 7.00am - 9:00pm
Last entry 30 minutes prior closing
Residents can access the Gym 24 Hours
Children swimming time are 7:30am to 12:00pm & 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Spa Treatments
Monday to Sunday : 8.00am-8.00pm
Pregnancy treatments are available from 12 weeks onward.
Treatments are available from 16+ with adult supervision.

Please note
Our fitness & leisure facilities are available for use by both guests and non-guests. During school holidays, bank holidays and weekends (Fri - Sun), we require pool bookings which are 45 minutes per slot.
